While we offer many types of vending opportunities, product types/concepts that will not be permitted at Mathews Market Days include, but are not limited to: Politics, Gambling, Psychic Readings.
Completion of the application does not guarantee a space. You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your application. Please be sure all contact information is correct. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for the festival. You will be notified by email of your acceptance or non-acceptance into the festival. Once you are accepted you will then receive a link to make payment.
All though we appreciate our returning vendors we are unable to accommodate all of our vendors by allowing vendors to pick their location at the festival, with that being said NO space selections will be allowed. PLEASE DO NOT ask for a specific location. All vendors and organizations will be located at the discretion of the vendor committee, please do not ask for a specific location.
Mathews Market Days Inc. reserves the right to refuse a vendor for any reason.
Things to Know About This Year’s Event
- MMD 2026 will be a TWO day event held on the first weekend after Labor Day on Saturday, September 12th and Sunday, September 13th, 2026.
- 2026 Vendor Applications will ONLY be accepted electronically and MUST include pictures of your current products and booth setup. (THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL VENDORS, WHETHER YOU ARE A RETURNING VENDOR OR NOT)
- Vendor Applications submitted after the 1st of July deadline will include a $25.00 late fee. Applications received after the 31st of July will not be accepted. If all vendor spaces are full, vendors may be placed on a waiting list.
- Vendors will be notified of their acceptance by email.
ONCE APPROVED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHERE YOU WILL THEN PAY FOR YOUR BOOTH.
